AVIATORS FLY PAST SALEM, SPLIT SERIES

ALLIANCE, OH- The Quaker bats were silenced on Wednesday in Alliance as Aviator ace Gavin’s Bruni went 5 innings striking out 10 and giving up 0 runs on just 2 hits.

Senior starter Adam Wilson pitches well for Salem but didn’t get the defensive support he needed and Alliance scored 2 in the 2nd, 2 in the 3rd and 3 in the 4th to run away with it.

Salem falls to 3-3 on the year and 2-2 in the league and will travel to Louisville today to face the Leopards at 5 o’clock.
