BADGER BRINGS HOME SWEEP OF LORDSTOWN

LORDSTOWN OH-  Badger’s bats came out firing on Wednesday, and Keiliegh Hall was right in the middle of the chaos.

The Braves cracked 17 hits and steamrolled Lordstown 14-6, riding a huge day from Hall, who went 3-for-4 with a double and a pair of singles. She wasn’t alone—Riley Thomas also racked up three knocks, while Madison Lindus, Reghan Broadwater, Samantha Bradbury, Autumn Yesko, and Skylar Demarco all chipped in with multiple hits.

Badger wasted no time lighting up the scoreboard, plating two in the opening frame before unloading for six more in the third. Yesko doubled in a run, Hall drove in another, and the Braves took full advantage of some defensive miscues and a wild pitch to break things open.

Lordstown clawed back in the fourth, cashing in six runs without a single hit—thanks to a mix of walks, hit batters, and a couple of costly errors. But that was as close as they’d get.

Bradbury slammed the door on any hopes of a comeback, tossing 4.1 scoreless innings and punching out six without giving up a walk. Lindus came in late to help close things out.

Offensively, Lindus added three RBI to the cause despite just one hit, and the Braves kept pressure on all game long.

Lordstown got hits from Kate Filipovich, Liz Warner, and Arianna Berry, with five different players driving in a run, but it wasn’t enough to keep pace with Badger’s offensive onslaught. The Braves will look to keep the momentum rolling Thursday when they square off with Bloomfield.
