BATTLE OF 224 SWINGS TO CANFIELD

POLAND OH- Canfield came out on top in the Battle of 224 rivalry, sweeping Poland on the road (25-20, 25-14, 25-13).

For Canfield, Ashtyn Hanousek led with 13 kills, while Cameron Zenko served up 6 aces. Viv Biro dished out 25 assists, Meredith Ross added 3 blocks, and Carly Fleming anchored the defense with 24 digs.

Poland’s Olivia Minehart had 9 kills, Lucienne Hopps contributed 3 aces and 10 assists, Leanna Boccieri led with 12 digs, and Emerson Gomon added 4 blocks.

Canfield heads to Fitch on Thursday to wrap up AAC play, while Poland hosts Niles in a league matchup.
