BEARS DENIED BY LISBON

LISBON, OH- A seven-run fourth inning led Lisbon to a 13-1 victory on Tuesday. Logan Bell, Josh Entrikin, Nick Mundy, Grant Underwood, and Damien McCormick powered the big inning with RBIs.

The Blue Devils got on the board in the first inning when Entrikin grounded out, scoring one run.

Bell earned the win for Lisbon. He allowed two hits and one run over four innings, striking out 13 and walking one. Entrikin threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen.

Sefton Houlette took the loss for Leetonia. He allowed ten hits and 13 runs over three and two-thirds innings, striking out one.

Lisbon tallied 11 hits in the game. Blake Reynolds, Bell, and Mundy each managed multiple hits for the Blue Devils. Mundy, Bell, and Reynolds each collected two hits to lead Lisbon.

Leetonia tallied five hits. Toby Heckman and Brock Simpson all had multiple hits for Leetonia.
