BEARS STARTING THE SEASON STRONG

LEETONIA OH- Leetonia is off to a solid start this season, grabbing their second win Tuesday night with a 55-20 blowout over the Academy of Urban Scholars. The Bears moved to 2-1 and showed they’re trending in the right direction.

Carson Brock led the way with 12 points, while C.J. Faulkner added 9. Jake Weikart and Dylan Johns chipped in 8 each as Leetonia spread the scoring around and controlled the game from the jump.

The Bears are back at it Wednesday, hosting Mineral Ridge.  The Rams are bringing in momentum off their win over Lowellville on Monday.
