BEAVERS FIND SENIOR NIGHT SUCCESS

EAST LIVERPOOL OH-

The Beaver Local Girls Soccer team was able to wash away any bad taste in their mouths left over from last season by getting the best of St. Clairsville 2-0.  The Beavers came out with a mission and that was to put as much pressure on their oppenent as possible.  Michelle Stoneburner was able to put the pressure on by finding the back of the net, on a pass by Jordan Palmer, early on in the first half putting her team up 1-0.

The girls struggled to put the Devils away with shot after shot just missing, however the defense was able to keep them out of the zone.  Late in the second half Michelle Stoneburner was once again able to score from a great pass set up again by Jordan Palmer to put the game away 2-0.  Caiden Lamp held down the net recording a shut out with 6 saves.

The Beavers are are 6-3-1 on the season and play host to Cambridge next Thursday for Senior Night.
