Coach Sarah Lowe: as our season comes to an end I could not be more proud of every player in our program. Tonights matchup was a testament to all the hard work that they put in this season and the improvements they’ve made along the way. We were able to come out in the first set and jump out to a large lead before Claymont ran it back and we were able to finish it off 25-23. The next two sets were back-and-forth with a lot of good play coming from both sides of the court. Down 1-2 sets, Claymont came out to a lead in the fourth set But our athletes never backed down as they ran it all the way back. Although we did not get the outcome we were hoping for, I could not be more than proud of this group of young ladies.

Senior Kodi Kinsey: We fought long and hard to get where we were and we didn’t stop even through the last couple points. We have had an amazing season. It definitely wasn’t the outcome we wanted, but I couldn’t be more proud of our team. It’s been an honor to be a part of such an amazing program.

Senior Grace Hill; First, I want to start by saying how glad I am to have been apart of this program. We battled hard throughout the four sets. I’m so proud of us and the great season that we had.
