BLUE DEVILS HANDLE HEARTLAND IN OPENER

BERLIN CENTER OH- Western Reserve opened the season with a solid sweep of Heartland Christian. The Blue Devils look to stay on the map as one of the more dominant programs in the area.

Alyvia Hughes started her sophomore season with a bang. She finished the night with 11 kills and 7 digs. She also served up 2 aces. Gianna Paris was solid setting up the Devils offense. She finished with 18 assists, 5 digs, 4 kills, and 4 aces. Lisa Eichert also stood out with 9 digs, and 5 kills.

Lauren Miasek led the Lions with 5 kills. Jayden Scheller grabbed 5 digs, and 5 kills.
