STRUTHERS OH- The NABF Senior division crowned a champion on Monday, as the Brooklyn Bonnie Jays navigated their way through the semifinals, and championship game to earn the top spot.

Troy got past the Athletix in the semifinal 6-3. Like the Bonnie Jays, Troy escaped a dramatic 7th where Athletix brought the tying run to the plate.

Chris Monreo won the MVP of the championship as he tossed a gem on the mound with a complete game shutout. On offense, the Bonnie Jays put the game out of reach with one big inning. They had a six run 2nd inning led by a bases clearing double from Bryan Abraham. George Calderon won the Senior World Series batting champion.
