BROOKFIELD SETS UP REMATCH WITH LABRAE

HANOVERTON OH- In a 9 vs 8 matchup in division 6 on Saturday night, it was the road team Brookfield that had all the breaks. They were able to do all the right things on their way to a dominating 26-0 win over United.

Donavan Pawlowski reached the 200 yard mark in passing throwing for 225 yards and 2 touchdowns. He also ran for 100 yards and a pair of scores. The big play of the night that got the Warriors in control was a 57 yard touchdown pass for Pawlowski to Zach Johns. Then Pawlowski put the game away by finding Dave Pawlowski for a 31 yard score.

Brookfield now advances in the OHSAA playoffs to face off with heated rival LaBrae. The Vikings won the regular season matchup 20-0. That game will be in LaBrae next Saturday at 7:00.
