BULLDOGS UPEND SOUTHERN LOCAL

EAST PALESTINE, OH- The Lady Bulldogs got well-acquainted with the comeback trail on Tuesday night as they took on EOAC foe, Southern Local.  The Lady Dogs were able to march back from behind in the first and second sets and took the sweep 25-23, 25-18, and 25-19.

The Bulldogs were led by Morgan Cheurco’s 12 points, 16 assists, and 2 aces.  Other major contributors included sophomore Mia Lee’s 11 points, 6 kills, 2 aces, and 2 blocks while Emily Berger had a well-rounded effort with 10 kills, 6 points and 3 blocks defensively.

The Bulldogs (12-5, 9-4) now gear up for a home match with conference-leading Wellsville on Thursday.
