Week four provided the Ursuline faithful with an exhilarating double overtime match up against the Golden Bears of East. Unfortunately, the Irish fell just short but Coach Dan Reardon has regrouped and now has his Irish hungry for a win in their week five match up, as they will travel to Mollenkopf Stadium to take on the Warren G. Harding Raiders.

YSN’s legend Steve Leslie was able to catch up with Coach Reardon and discuss what the Irish need to do to get the win.

Week four matched the Chaney Cowboys up with Maple Heights and unfortuantely the Cowboys were on the wrong end of a great game. Coach Amill still has the Cowboys in a very good position to keep the season alive and he has the ‘Boys ready to go for their week five match up against Warrensville Heights.

Week four saw the Falcons travel to Mollenkopf Stadium to take on a talented Warren G. Harding team but unfortunately fell just short, 10-7. This week, Coach Jon Elliot and the Falcons welcome the Benedictine (Cleveland) Bengals to town.

POLAND VOLLEYBALL COACH’S CORNER (EP3 WITH MARTINA DINELLO)

It’s been a roller coaster of a week for Poland volleyball. They got two big NE8 wins over Struthers and Niles before having a tough time with some big non conference opponents in Austintown Fitch and Canfield. With almost no break in between the Bulldogs came together to win a five set thriller over South Range to make their NE8 winning streak to three. 

YSN’s Anthony Hartwig got a chance to catch up with Coach DiNello right after her teams big win over South Range. They talk about the week that was, their tough non conference games, the big win over the Raiders, and much more. COLUMBIANA FOOTBALL COACH’S CORNER (EP. 4) WITH BOB SPAITE

Week three was a tough test for the Clippers as they took on the Springfield Tigers but came up short. Week four will be another tough match up for Coach Spaite and his team as they welcome the Indians of Southern Local to town.

Week three showed Coach Yeagley’s defense shut out another quality opponent as the Raiders won 33-0 over Canton Central Catholic.

Coming up in week four for the South Range Raiders is a local powerhouse in the Poland Bulldogs. D.J. Yokley was able to sit down with Coach Yeagley to discuss this exciting match up and to see what the Raiders need to accomplish to walk out of Poland with a victory.
