CHADWICK’S GEM LIFTS LAKEVIEW

GENEVA OH- Ella Chadwick threw a gem on Monday for Lakeview, allowing zero runs and besting Geneva by a score of 10-0

Lakeview fired up the offense in the first inning, when Maggie Pavlansky singled on a 2-1 count, scoring two runs.

One bright spot for Geneva was a single by Carmen Alverez in the first inning.

Chadwick was in the circle for the Bulldogs. The righty went five innings, allowing zero runs on two hits, striking out six and walking one.

Annabelle Bragg toed the rubber for Geneva. She surrendered ten runs on 12 hits over four innings, striking out three. Irelyn Mongell threw one inning out of the bullpen.

Lakeview racked up 13 hits in the game. Pavlansky, Makenna Werner, and Isabella Isenberg each collected multiple hits. Pavlansky led the way with three hits in three at bats.

The Bulldogs didn’t commit a single error in the field. Mack Stowe had the most chances in the field with six.

Lakeview will get back to it on Tuesday as they host Chalker. Start time for that matchup is 5:00.
