COVID-19 continues to lay waste to the plans that America has for spring, and now it’s starting to creep into summer plans as well. Youngstown Class B Baseball at Cene Park is such a staple in the Mahoning Valley for so many. Some may joke that Cene Park becomes a second home for months at a time for families as they spend days enjoying America’s favorite past time.
We had the opportunity to catch up with Class B Commissioner, Scott Ruark to discuss the plans in place for if and when a season is to be played in 2020.
