CLIPPERS DON’T TAKE LONG TO WIN AGAIN

COLUMBIANA OH- Columbiana wasted no time getting back in the win column after Monday’s loss to McDonald. The Clippers bounced back strong, sweeping Lisbon on Tuesday (25-13, 25-23, 25-19) in another league showdown.

Danica Halas led the charge with 9 kills and 4 digs, while Kelsey Cameron added 8 kills, 3 digs, and 2 blocks. Ava Heinrich was solid from the service line, racking up 5 aces and 6 digs. Maryn Hepler chipped in with 7 digs and 3 aces, and Ellie Jackson did a little bit of everything, finishing with 4 kills, 6 digs, and 11 assists.

Columbiana hits the court again Thursday at Wellsville, while Lisbon looks to regroup at home against Valley Christian.
