CLIPPERS PUT EP IN THE DOGHOUSE

NEW WATERFORD, OH- Columbiana (11-4, 5-1 EOAC) got back on the winning side of things with a 17-6 defeat of East Palestine at Next Level Sports Complex Monday evening.

The Clippers had 17 hits including 6 doubles. Riley McElwain led the way going 4-4 with two doubles. Alex Esubeio was 3-4 with a double. Ian Less and Carson Dota each had two hits including a double. Ed Clancy also doubles for Columbiana.

Brady Kridler picked up his first win of the year pitching 3 hitless innings striking out 3.

Cannon went 3 for 3 for the Bulldogs and drove in one.

Next up for Columbiana is United Tuesday afternoon in a continuation of last Mondays game. The game will start with two outs in the top of the second inning and the Eagles holding a 3-1 lead. The game will be at Firestone Park with a 5 PM first pitch.
