CREEKSIDE OVERCOMES HIT COLUMN; WIN BIG

STRUTHERS, OH- Creekside Fitness asserted their will over Ballistic Baseball on their way to a convincing 7-1 victory in 14U action.

Brady Loew was the winning pitcher for Creekside. He lasted two and two-thirds innings, allowing four hits and zero runs while striking out one and walking zero. Michael Patellis threw one and two-thirds innings in relief out of the bullpen.

Ryan Conti took the loss for Ballistic. He surrendered five runs on four hits over two and a third innings, striking out one.

Ryan Carpenter started the game for Creekside. He surrendered one run on three hits over one and two-thirds innings, striking out three

Donovan Bell-Sullivan led Creekside with two hits in three at-bats. Bell-Sullivan also led Creekside with two stolen bases, as they ran wild on the base paths with nine stolen bases.

Ballistic collected eight hits. Caleb Saterfield and Boston Mullinax both managed multiple hits for Ballistic Baseball. Caleb Saterfield went 3-for-4 at the plate to lead Ballistic Baseball 14u in hits. Ballistic didn’t commit a single error in the field. Zach Groner had three chances in the field, the most on the team.
