CSA AND BALLISTIC SETTLE ON 5-5 TIE

STRUTHERS, OH- A double in the sixth inning helped CSA battle to a 5-5 tie with Ballistic Baseball on Saturday.

CSA got things started in the first inning when Carson Fuller scored on a passed ball followed by Mike Gushura scoring on a ground out by Isaiah Torres to make it 2-0 CSA.

Ballistic would answer back with a pair of runs in the bottom of the first when Michael Chambers grouded out to the shortstop, but scored Caleb Saterfield.  A few pitches later Dom Elia would race to the plate to even the game at 2 on a passed ball.

CSA knotted the game up at five in the top of the sixth inning, when Jacob Wallace doubled on a 1-2 count, scoring one run.

Caleb SaterfieldJohnny ReyesThomas PesaTyler Wright, and Jason DePascale each collected one hit to lead Ballistic. Ballistic tore up the base paths as well, as four players stole at least two bases. Dom Elia led the way with three.
