EAGLES DO WHAT THEY DO BEST, FLY

HUBBARD, OHIO- The Hubbard Eagles win today’s contest against Niles,  7-2.

The Eagles opened up scoring in the first inning, when Tyler Wright drew a walk, scoring one run.

Michael Biro was on the hill for Hubbard. Biro lasted four innings, allowing four hits and two runs while striking out three.

Nick Clark was on the mound for Niles. Clark surrendered three runs on zero hits over one inning, striking out two.  Brady Court and Tyler Williams entered the game as relief, throwing three innings and two innings respectively.

Keegan Balla, Andrew Kali, Noah Adamson, Johnny Reyes, and Gabe Rusnak each managed one hit to lead Hubbard.

The Eagles didn’t commit a single error in the field. Wright had  six chances in the field, the most on the team. Hubbard and Mckinley will play one another again on Tuesday first pitch is set for 5:00.
