EAGLES FLY TO WIN OVER SOUTH RANGE

HUBBARD, OH-  The South Range Raiders watched the game slip away early and couldn’t recover in a 2-0 loss to Hubbard on Tuesday.  The pitching was strong on both sides. Hubbard pitchers struck out one, while The Raiders sat down four.  Hubbard got on the board in the second inning when they scored one run on a stolen base at home.

Anthony Corrin got the win for Hubbard. He lasted seven innings, allowing five hits and zero runs while striking out one and walking zero.  Sam Brooks took the loss for South Range. He allowed four hits and two runs over six innings, striking out four.

Jared BajerskiMichael CunninghamBrycen JamesJaxon Anderson, and Rivera all had one hit to lead The Raiders. Defensively, The Raiders didn’t commit a single error in the field. Brandon Youngs had the most chances in the field with five.
