EIGHT WARRIOR SENIORS HONORED WITH VICTORY

BELOIT OH-

The girls soccer team entered Wednesday night with two things on their mind.  Number one was to celebrate its eight seniors for fine careers and number two to clinch their 9th consecutive EBC Championship.  The girls accomplished both tonight, honoring their seniors before the game and leaving no doubt as to the outcome of the game by scoring four first half goals en route to a 7-0 victory over visiting Carrollton.

The Warriors finish the season with a 12-0-3 mark and a 4-0-1 record in the EBC tying them with Salem for first place in the league.

Daphne Snyder and Bri Thomas led the way for West Branch each scoring two goals tonight.  Chloe Dennison, Sam Koneval, and Sophia Gregory also netted goals for the green and white.

Dennison added two more points on assists while Gregory and Makenna Lins each tacked on an assist.

Zoe Sanders recorded the shutout in goal.

The Warriors, who are the #1 seed in the upcoming OHSAA tournament, will await the winner of Struthers-Girard to see who they play next.  Struthers and Girard will play Saturday at 11:00 AM in Struthers with the winner moving on to face the Warriors at West Branch High School on Wednesday October 19th at 6 PM.

Ticket information will be posted in the near future for anyone wanting to attend the game.
