FALCONS KEEP THEIR VISION ON VICTORY

AUSTINTOWN, OHIO- The Austintown-Fitch Flacons took on the visiting Canfield Cardinals, in what was an absolute thrill of a game. In this back and forth type of game, the Falcons were led by Gianni Maley, who put up 16 points tonight for the Falcons. Marcel Finkley and and Deshawn Vaughn also made a significant impact on the game as they both had 15 points.

Jake Schneider, who dropped 19 points, went to work for Canfield as he constantly attacked the paint. Tony Russo also made a valiant effort with 16 points. Vaughn and Maley accounted for 16 out the 20 points Fitch scored in the 4th quarter, including 4 key foul shots that Maley made to secure the 62-61 victory for the Falcons.

The Falcons will finish the season with 3 non-conference games before they prepare for tournament play. Canfield will finish the season with one road game and three home games that starts when they travel to take on Warren G. Harding on Tuesday.
