FEREN MAKES IT 1000 AS RAIDERS TAKE DOWN MOONEY

YOUNGSTOWN OH- In a game that got pushed back a day, South Range wasn’t phased a bit. The Raiders went on the road to Mooney to make it two wins in a row. They took down the Cardinals in four sets (25-14 25-27 25-12 25-14)

 

The biggest moment for the Raiders was setter Jamie Feren reaching 1000 assists in her career. Maria Primavera had a stellar outing finishing with 24 kills and a pair of aces.  Sarah Kuhns led the Raiders in assists with 28. She also served up 4 aces.  Gianna Pasquale led the Raiders defense with 27 digs.

The regular season for the Raiders concludes with a record of 11-11. They will go on the road for their first tournament game as they travel to take on Columbiana.  Mooney has one more game on their regular season skate before tournaments. They will travel to Hoban on Saturday.
