FLASHES STAY GOLDEN WITH VICTORY OVER CAMPBELL

Champion  was victorious over Memorial, 4-1 on Friday night.

Champion opened up scoring in the second inning, when Collin Brainard singled on a 2-0 count, scoring one run.

Aaron Ellsworth was credited with the victory for the Flashes. The righty lasted five innings, allowing four hits and one run while striking out four and walking one. Tyler Skaggs threw two innings in relief out of the bullpen. Skaggs recorded the last six outs to earn the save.

Jack O’Shaughnessy went 2-for-4 at the plate to lead Champion in hits.
