HOWLAND MAKES IT HARD ON HARDING

HOWLAND, OHIO- Howland went to work immediately and ran away against Harding, defeating them 16-1.

The Tigers were down 1-0 in the bottom of the first inning and then their offense completely erupted as they scored eleven runs in the bottom of the first. Zoe King was perfect at the plate, going 4 for 4 and scoring four runs. Brooke Tatar and Kayla Campbell also helped out the Tigers cause as they both went 3 for 4.

Tatar was also the winning pitcher of the game as she was dominating in the circle, allowing just 1 hit and 1 run while striking out 13. After sweeping the season series against Harding.

 Howland will look to stay on the winning side of things when they play Mathews on Thursday at 5:00.
