HULETT HOLDS DOWN 2024 OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR
MINERAL RIDGE OH- Congratulations to Mineral Ridge’s Ava Hulett, who has been named the 2024 YSN Volleyball Offensive Player of the Year! Over her four-year career, Hulett has been a cornerstone of the Mineral Ridge volleyball program, and her senior season was the perfect finish to an incredible journey on the court.
Hulett dominated offensively this season, racking up 454 kills and averaging 5.3 kills per set—a full kill per set increase over her previous season’s average. For the first time in her career, she surpassed a .300 hitting percentage, finishing with an impressive .306. Across her high school career, Hulett tallied 1,410 kills, 1,429 digs, and 109 aces, cementing her legacy in Mineral Ridge volleyball history.
