INDIANS CAUSE PROBLEMS FOR COLUMBIANA
Columbiana, OH- Southern Local traveled to Columbiana coming off a 6 game winning streak. Southern would increase their winning streak to 7 after today’s game. Beating Columbiana 61-39. Brady Ketchum would lead the Indians in scoring with help from Brock Smalley who had 12.
Southern jumped to the 13-10 lead in the first quarter with Ketchum scoring 7 points in the quarter. Southern would extend their lead going into halftime 36-17 after a few capitalized turnovers and some successful free throws. Ketchum reached double digits with 11 points with Tyler Anderson of Columbiana had 4.
Southern would extend their lead and come away with the victory in the second half. Ketchum would finish the night with 15 points and for the Clippers, Dalton Whitehair caught 3 point fire and left the court tonight with 15 points of his own.
