JEFFERSON JUST TOO GOOD

GENEVA, OHIO- The Jefferson Falcons edged the Geneva Eagles as they get another victory on Friday to the tune of 5-2.

Sammi Speakman led things off in the pitcher’s circle for the Falcons as the pitcher went seven innings, allowing two runs on two hits and striking out 12.

Annabelle Bragg led things off on the rubber for the Eagles. The pitcher surrendered five runs on nine hits over seven innings, striking out three. The Falcons racked up nine hits in the game as

Kennidie Rogers and Mia Contenza all managed multiple hits to lead the team at the plate. Jefferson will take on the Lakeview Bulldogs on Monday at 5:00.
