NEW WATERFORD, OH- The East Palestine Softball Team battled back from 3 runs down to storm past Jefferson County Christian 12-5 on Friday.

Leading the way was Bulldog senior, Joclyn Fristik with a 4-5 day at the dish which consisted of a double, 6 RBI, and 3 runs scored.  Ivy Burkett added a pair of hits that included a two-bagger and 2 RBI.  Morgan Rutledge was plated three times and stole 3 bags along the way, and junior Gia Brestelli drove in a pair.

In the circle, Madison Telischak went the distance scattering six hits and striking out nine.

East Palestine will turn their attention to EOAC rival Leetonia on Monday on the road.
