LAKEVIEW VOLLEYBALL COACH’S CORNER (EP 1) WITH HEATHER GUTHRIE

CORTLAND OH- For the first time since the start of the NE8, Lakeview volleyball will come into the season chasing a reigning champion.  This has been the Bulldogs conference for years, and now they’ll be chasing Girard who knocked them off last season. Head coach Heather Guthrie is taking advantage of the hunger being the underdog can bring. Returning almost their entire roster, don’t sleep on Lakeview to regain their dominance this year.  They open the season August 20th at Cardinal Mooney.

Coach Guthrie was able to take the time to come on YSN’s Running Point to discuss the prospects of the new season. She talks with Ty Bartell, and Anthony Hartwig about how much the team has grown, the mentality of being an underdog, and much more.
