LEOPARDS ADVANCE IN MATINEE MATCHUP

LOUISVILLE, OHIO- The Louisville Varsity Leopards win a contest against Lake on Thursday,  5-1 as the Leopards got their offense started in the second inning when Caleb House singled on a 2-2 count, scoring two runs.

Charlie Roberts, Karson Siegfried, Zach Root, Kyle Vesely, House, and Connor Morley each collected one hit to lead things at the plate for the Leopards.

Morley led the Leopards to victory on the mound. The righthander went seven innings, allowing one run on two hits, striking out three and walking zero.

Caleb Collins took the loss for Lake. The pitcher allowed four hits and four runs over one and one-third innings, striking out one. With the win, the Leopards will now take on Glenoak for an opportunity to advance to the Division I District Championship.
