LEOPARDS PICK UP ANOTHER IMPRESSIVE WIN

WADSWORTH, OHIO – Louisville entered its matchup with Wadsworth Wednesday night as one of the hottest teams in the area. That continued as they picked up a 4-2 win to secure their sixth consecutive victory.

Louisville got on the scoreboard first when Addy Campbell singled in the top of the first inning, scoring two runs on the hit. Campbell ended the night going 1-for-4 with two runs batted in. Matti Benson went 2-for-3 at the dish to lead the team in hits. Louisville southpaw Katie Heath led the charge on the mound for Louisville. The starter allowed two runs on three hits over her seven inning outing, sitting down three Wadsworth batters via the strikeout.

Louisville will look to make it seven wins in a row Thursday night as they host the Lake Blue Streaks at 5:00 p.m.
