LIONS DEN NOT KIND TO WELLSVILLE

COLUMBIANA OH- Wellsville has made a habit this year of beating good teams. With wins over then undefeated Columbiana, and United the Tigers know how to play to their competition. That being said, Heartland is a tough place to play, too tough for the Tigers on Saturday as they fell in four sets to the Lions (25-18 16-25 25-18 25-22).

Makayla Osborn had a monster day collecting a double double. She finished with 17 kills, and 15 digs. She also had 2 aces and a block. Emma Hall has a triple double with 21 digs, 12 kills, and 11 aces.  Lydia Wilson was lights out setting the ball. She recorded 42 assists.

Heartland will carry their momentum into Monday when they host Lisbon. Wellsville will regroup and host Valley Christian on Tuesday.
