MILTON MAKES IT HAPPEN IN SECTIONAL FINAL
NORTH JACKSON OH- Jackson Milton got a chance to square up with a conference rival in the sectional final. They swept through the Lowellville Rockets 10-0 in 6 innings.
Aaren Romigh gave up 0 hits through 6 innings and also had double-digit strikeouts.
Jackson Milton scored 6 runs in the 2nd inning. 2 runs in the 4th inning they got RBIs from Billy Sloan and Logan Sokol. The Blue Jays then scored 2 runs in the 6th inning to close out the game. They got RBIs from Drew Sloan and Dom Krol.
The Blue Jays will play the winner of Mineral Ridge vs St Thomas Aquinas in the district semifinals. Ridge is going to play Friday night. The district semifinal will be held in Fairport Harbor on Tuesday at 5:00.
