EAST LIVERPOOL, OH- It was Senior night at Patterson Field for the Potters final home game of the 2019 campaign and they left it all on the field with a 54-7 victory over Buckeye 8 rival the Edison Wildcats.

The Potter defense was solid as it’s been all year as the Edison Wildcats only score came on a 75-yard kickoff return late in the first quarter. After that East Liverpool didn’t look back as the offense exploded for 521 yards of total offense led by senior running back Derek “CUTBACK” Carter toted the rock 17 times for a total of 263 yards and 2 scores. The Potters now (3-4) will look to continue their Buckeye 8 dominance as they travel down river next week to take on the Buckeye Local Panthers.
