QUAKERS COMEBACK FALLS SHORT

SALEM OH- The Quakers had to overcome a tough first half on Friday night to even have a chance to win against Canton South. They trailed by twelve at halftime. The Quakers clawed their way back in to the game and cut it to a two point game in the fourth quarter. The Wildcats closed out the game though, and came away with the 55-47 win.

Drew Weir paced the way for the Quakers scoring 12 points. Hunter Griffith was also in double figures with 10 points. Davin Koskinen and Jon Null both added 7.

The Quakers need to bounce back quick as they remain at home to host Alliance on Saturday.
