RAIDERS ASSERT THEIR DOMINANCE

CANFIELD OH- South Range blew out Hubbard 13-3 on Wednesday.

Hubbard got things started in the first inning. Lauren Komorek drove in one when she singled.

South Range took the lead for good with three runs in the third inning. In the third Samantha Susany singled on a 2-0 count, scoring two runs.

The Raiders scored four runs in the fourth inning. Their batters contributing to the big inning included Keira Brogan, Jamie Feren, and Susany, who all drove in runs.

Susany took the win for South Range. The righty went five innings, allowing three runs on six hits, striking out six and walking zero.

Phoebe Rusnak was in the circle for Hubbard. Rusnak went four and two-thirds innings, allowing 13 runs on 12 hits and striking out five.

The Raiders hit one home run on the day. Susany went yard in the fourth inning.

South Range racked up 12 hits on the day. Susany, Madison Dado, Feren, and Brogan all managed multiple hits. Brogan, Feren, Dado, and Susany all had two hits to lead the way.

Rusnak went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead Hubbard in hits.
