RAIDERS RIP THROUGH LAKEVIEW
CANFIELD, OH – The South Range Lady Raiders were looking to stay hot and extend their win streak to 5 as they hosted the Lakeview Lady Bulldogs on Saturday afternoon. Lakeview came into the game looking to upset South Range and turn their season around.
The Lady Raiders started off fast, getting a big lead early, and held the Lady Bulldogs scoreless within the first couple minutes of the game. South Range would not look back throughout the 2nd half as Lexi Giles, Emma Cunningham and Mallory Vidman came ready to play and led South Range to a dominant victory, 45-14.
For the Raiders, Giles led the way with 19 points. Behind her was Cunningham and Kelly Szolek with 6 respectively. For the Bulldogs, Allie Augustine led the way with 5 points. Behind her was Christine Innocenzi with 3 on the day.
The Lady Bulldogs will be back in action on the 28th to host South Range for round 2. The Lady Raiders will travel to Girard to take on the Indians on January 25th. Don’t miss it on YSN!
