CORTLAND OH- Crestview has been putting on a show for their fans all season long.  Their grit and development landed them a MVAC championship, and on Wednesday they battled for a trip to a district championship.  The opponent in front of them was Lake Catholic, who was not an easy out. The Rebels had a scratch and claw their way to the front all night long.  After overcoming a 4 point first quarter, the Rebels put things together and slowly but surely built their way to a 49-41 win.

Leading the Rebels was freshman superstar Addison Rhodes who banned in 21 points.  Ava Bucey was next up for the Rebels offense getting in double figures with 13.  Luvrain Gaskins also found her way to 10 points to help the Rebels cause.

Crestview advances to the Division III Lakeview District Championship game on Saturday.  They will be matched up with top seeded Laurel.  Tip off for the title is slated for 7:00.
