CAMPBELL OH- Campbell unleashed an offensive onslaught on Tuesday, powering their way to a convincing 12-4 victory over Liberty in MVAC action.
The Campbell bats were firing on all cylinders, with Duan Reynolds leading the charge, going 2 for 3 with 3 RBI and crossing the plate 3 times himself. Bobby Ramirez contributed with a 1 for 3 performance, driving in 2 runs and drawing a walk, while Isaiah Santiago added 2 RBI and a run scored on his 1 for 3 night. Sway Rodriguez was perfect at the plate, going 2 for 2 with a walk and scoring 3 runs, while Pano Koladakis went 1 for 2 with a walk and a run scored.
On the mound, Rodriguez was solid through 5 innings of work, allowing just 1 earned run on 5 hits while striking out 4.
Despite the loss, Liberty’s offense put up a fight, with Nathan Malone going 2 for 3 with an RBI, Patrick Jones adding 2 hits, and Clayton Bratton crossing the plate twice on his 2 for 3 night.
