RESATAR GETS A GRAND; RANGE GETS THE WIN

CANFIELD, OH- The South Range Boys get a well needed NE8 victory against Hubbard, 63-52. What a game it was, fast-paced and down to the wire. The Raiders and Eagles traded blows throughout the entire game and at half it was 29-28 with South Range leading. Right before half, Nate Brown made a game-changing play by drawing a charge as Cam Resatar had a wide-open 3 which lead to a late basket by the Raiders. South Range had a great 2nd half by extending their lead, but Hubbard wouldn’t go away and fought back.  Resatar hit a huge 3 to get him to 1,000 career points in the 3rd and that gave life into the Eagles. The Raiders held on and outlasted Hubbard for the win!

Chris Brooks lead the Raiders with 12 points. Nate Brown and Dante Digaetano both added 11, Matt Lucas also ended with 10. For Hubbard, Resatar ended with 23 off some great 3s. Chanze Kelley stood out with some flashy play and ended with 8 on the night. Both Andrew Frank, and Alec Ford added 7 for the Eagles.

From everyone at YSN, congratulations to Cam Resatar for hitting 1,000 career points!
