RESERVE EARNS ANOTHER BIG NON CONFERENCE WIN

CANFIELD OH- Western Reserve has already beat one of the area’s best teams this season in their opener against Wellsville. They were set up for another big game against a great opponent in Canfield on Saturday. Just like the match with Wellsville, Reserve took Canfield to 5 sets and pulled out the victory.  (15-25 22-25 25-21 25-21 15-12)

 

Alyvia Hughes put on a show against the power house of Canfield totaling in 20 kills. Raelynn Meyer set up 20 assists on the day.  Allison Jones led the back row defense with 15 digs.  Lisa Eichert chipped in 13 kills for the Blue Devils as well.

Abby Muckleroy led the Cardinals out of the middle with 14 kills.  Riley Kinkade got her the ball a ton, and finished with 25 assists.  Parker Wilkins dug up 20 digs and served up 3 aces.

Reserve will have another non conference test on Monday as they host Heartland Christian.  Canfield will return to action Tuesday as they host Boardman for an AAC battle.
