RESERVE ENDS REGULAR SEASON STRONG

BERLIN CENTER OH- Western Reserve had a Saturday matinee against Lowellville looking to end the regular season with a 4-0 week. The Blue Devils did just that as they battled through a slow start to run away with the 69-23 win over the Rockets.

Dani Vuletich led the way for the Blue Devils with 19 points on the day. Brooke Schantz and Lisa Eichert we’re both in double figures with 12 points a piece. Alyvia Hughes added 8.

Savannah Procick led the Rockets with 7 points. Francesca Lellio added 6 points for Lowellville.

Before the game Dani Vuletich and Kennedy Miller we’re both honored for their accomplishments this season. Vuletich reached 1,000 career rebounds while Miller got to 500 career assists. Miller also eclipsed the career three point record knocking down her 134th career three.

Western Reserve will open their tournament play on Wednesday as they host Wellsville. Lowellville awaits the winner of Sebring vs Newton Falls. The Rockets will play that game on Saturday.
