SALEM, OH- Drew Weir kept his hot streak going with 16 points to help Salem get a physical first victory in the EBC, 46-34 over Minerva on Friday evening.

Salem Head Coach Jeff Andres had his team sharing the ball as if their Christmas lists were dependent on team touches.  Cade Rohm played big inside and went double figures with 10 points as well.  The Quakers were also aided by Brock Young’s seven points, five from Ross Davidson and four from Davin Koskinen.  Salem shot 64% from the line to help matters as well.

Brayden Costea was the only player in double figures for Minerva with 16.  Jayden Yerger had six points on the night while Brandon Davis and Connor Shingleton each contributed five.

Salem (1-1) will get back at it Friday at Canton South.
