SALEM VOLLEYBALL COACH'S CORNER (EP 1) WITH KACEY COSTAL

SALEM OH- 2020 was a heck of a season to experience a first season as a head coach. Salem Volleyball head coach Kacey Costal drove through it and still managed to find success through such an adverse time. Now the multiple lessons that were learned during that season are leaving coach Costal locked and loaded for 2021. They have plenty of experience on the court coming back too. Most importantly, Salem is getting back both of their setters, who will look to lead a new look offense in 2021. The Quakers open the season August 23rd at Howland.

Coach Costal took the time to hop on to YSN’s Running Point this week to give us a preview of the 2021 Quakers season. She talks about coaching for the program she played in, bringing her own college experiences into her practices, and much more.
