SALEM VOLLEYBALL COACH'S CORNER (EP 1) WITH KACEY COSTAL

SALEM OH- The Lady Quakers are under new management this season with former Quaker Kacey Costal taking the helm of their volleyball program. New coach, no problem for this group as they have still managed to navigate a tough schedule in a season many programs would call a rebuild. The young team with only two seniors did not take long to find traction this season. They continue to play great defense, and hit efficiently staying away from attack errors.

Head Coach Kacey Costal could not have dreamt of a better opportunity as a coach to inherit a talented young group she can build a program around. It is a bonus that she gets to coach in the same gym she herself played in as a student. No one is going to care4 more about the success of a program than a former member of it.
