SHROADES TRIPLE DOUBLE PAVES THE WAY

SALINEVILLE OH- It was a night to remember in Southern Local for one of the best players that has come through the program. Ashley Shroades dominated her way to a triple double as the Indians cruised to a 57-26 win over Leetonia.

Shroades went of first 32 points of offense, but also totaled 10 rebounds, and 10 steals.  Olivia Kerns was also in double figures for the Indians totaling in 14 points.  Gigi Rodgers was able to contribute 6 points to the cause.

Ella Gregorino was the leading scorer for the Bears. She finished with 8 points.  McKendra Cole found her way to 6 points.  Ayana Douglas finished with 5.

Southern is now 6-1 in the EOAC on the season and will hit the road on Thursday traveling to Columbiana.  Leetonia will also be on the road on Thursday as they travel to Wellsville.
