SOUTHEAST STARTING TO STREAK

RAVENNA OH- Southeast turned a tight game into a rout with a six-run explosion in the fourth, cruising past Fuchs Mizrachi 10-0 on Thursday.

The Pirates were quiet early but broke through in the third with three runs—Cohen Richardson ripped a double, Caleb Miller singled to center, and Joe Sharish followed with a knock down the line to put the Pirates up 3-0.

Then came the fourth—and Southeast lit it up. Bradee Blankenship smoked a two-run double, Bradley Dillon drew a bases-loaded walk, Miller drove in two more with a base hit, and Sharish capped the rally with a sac fly to make it 9-0. They tacked on one more and never looked back.

On the hill, it was a full team effort. Blankenship started the game and was filthy—two innings, five punchouts, no hits. Braedyn Walden picked up the win in relief with two scoreless, and Nate Muccino shut the door in the fifth with three Ks of his own.

The Pirates racked up 11 hits and swiped eight bags on the day. Miller drove in three and went 2-for-3, while Blankenship drew a pair of walks and was a menace on the bases alongside Zach Keto.

Fuchs Mizrachi managed just one hit—Eili Greenblatt’s single—but couldn’t get anything going against Southeast’s pitching staff. The Pirates now head to Field on Friday, looking to keep the momentum rolling.
