EAST PALESTINE, OH- Southern Local had been taking notes of what the East Palestine Girls Basketball program had been doing.  A six-game win streak, and winning 7 of 8 was quite impressive, and the Lady Indians were still licking their wounds fresh from a defeat of EOAC leader, United.
