NEW MIDDLETOWN OH- Soccer season is swiftly approaching, and the sport in the area is loaded with talent. Springfield is one of the premiere girls soccer programs in the valley. They are currently defending three straight MVAC championships. Dominance like that doesn’t come over night. It takes hard work. Head coach Justin Kosek has put in that work with the program. Coming in to his 9th season at the helm, Kosek is confident it will be another successful season. Springfield opens the season August 22nd at Salem.
Coach Kosek was able to spend some time with the boys on Running Point to give us a peak inside this year’s edition of the team. He talks with Anthony Hartwig, and Ty Bartell about the success the team has had, expectations of the season, and much more. Kick it in to gear with Episode 1 of Coach’s Corner With Justin Kosek
